2012 Friends of Mayfest Campaign

Each year Mayfest showcases over 100 local artists in its Invitational Gallery, located in the Williams Towers Lobby at 2 W. 2nd St., Tulsa, OK. By becoming a Friend of Mayfest, you are invited to a special preview of this unique gallery. Join the artists, sponsors and other Mayfest supporters at the Invitational Gallery Opening Party on May 16th from 6-8pm. All art is available for sale during the evening before it is made available to the general public. In addition, the original artwork by Otto Duecker, created for our annual Mayfest poster, will be sold at the gallery during a silent auction. You will have the opportunity to meet the artists while enjoying fabulous food and beverages.

Proceeds from Friends of Mayfest support Tulsa International Mayfest, a non-profit entity. Mayfest’s profits support deserving Tulsa area artists and art programs through the Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa, including the Mayfest Young Artist Program. Friends of Mayfest donations have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Tulsa arts and art education programs.

In addition to the gallery opening, Friends of Mayfest will receive the following based up the level of giving: VIP tickets, Mayfest T-shirts, signed posters and art purchase gift certificates to be used during the festival. To learn more about Friends of Mayfest, or to donate online, click here.
